All factories comply with BRC Global Standards for Food Safety, Management System Standard ISO 9001:2015. All products are fumigated, cleaned by a super vacuum, washed, laser sorted using advanced scanners, and products are X-ray sorted and metal detected.
Ledia Foods facilities have an established FSSC 22000 food safety system, which is a recognized GFSI system; FSSC 22000 is an ISO based food safety management system recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). FSSC 22000 is worldwide recognized by food manufacturers and retailers.
Constant checks on products and production process, staff trainings and suppliers audits are an integral part of the system. All production lines are equipped with product and weight control detection system to automatically separate any non-compliant products.
Our FSSC 22000 certification reflects our ongoing commitment to ensure the safety of our products. We also have our certifications for Halaal, Kosher and we are registered with the FDA. We strive to create an international niche market.
We have established a good mutual beneficial relationship with our producers to ensure the volumes and quality product needed to continuously supply to our customers according to their specific needs. We offer assistance in the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices and standards like Global GAP to ensure food safety and quality from the farmer.
